Job Title: Debt Recovery Agent
Clients: Hertz 24/7
Salary: £12.50ph – 40 paid hours per week

Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Sunday from 07:00 – 22:00
Main Purpose of Role
Comdata Group UK is pleased to offer this opportunity working on behalf of a Hertz 24/7 to provide exceptional customer service and
back-office functions across multi channels.
As a Debt Recovery Agent, you will assist in the Debt Recovery process in order to communicate with debtors through outbound
calls, emails and by post. You will be provided with the necessary work instructions, scripts and templates in order to maximise
success.
Our Debt Recovery agent will need to be a true ambassador for Hertz 24/7, with a passion for what they do. You will be a key
member in supporting Hertz 24/7 and their financial health.
Skills Requirements
  • Breathe great Customer Service and understand how important it is to put the Customer at the heart of our business and
interactions.
  • Being an excellent communicator is essential
  • Be an ambassador for Hertz 24/7 and represent the brand to the highest standard.
  • Have a passion for helping others and an ability to persuade and communicate with people on different levels.
  • A logical approach to resolving issues.
  • Significant experience of working with Customers, either face to face or remotely / phone.
  • Experience within a Debt Recovery process
  • Proficient in computer technology and systems
  • Excellent grammar and spelling
  • Able to positively influence others
  • Great team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Operational Days and Hours
With given notice, Comdata reserves the right to change your working hours.
Comdata operational hours are 8am – 8pm Monday to Sunday, this role will be on a rota bases covering 40 hours per week.
Systems & Training
Full training will be given by Comdata and will include supporting on-going training requirements for the duration of the project. You
will also receive a full company induction that will include many areas such as Data Protection Act and all other systems and soft skills
training.

Across the campaign the team will have SMART objectives. These will be communicated by the Customer Experience Director (on
behalf of the client).
