Customer Facing Cleaning Operative for large London Office
Experienced cleaning operative with customer-facing experience required. We are building on our existing cleaning team for a large office in central London and will need to fill day shift patterns, 5-6 days a week:
Varied shifts: 7 am - 3 pm or 3 pm - 11 pm
We want the best of the best cleaners and facilities staff; is that you?
Applicants must be well presented with good manners and a good grasp of the English Language. A staff uniform (black shirt) will be required. Smartphones are necessary as successful applicants must use phone applications to log tasks.
Previous cleaning experience is important. Please do not apply if this is your first time cleaning.
Job Role:
Cleaner Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around residences or office buildings.
- Cleaning floors and rooms. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
- Cleaning restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
- Vacuums empty trash and replace liners.
- Set up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Monitoring and maintaining sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
- Transporting dirty linen to the correct area to be cleaned and restocks areas with clean linen.
- Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
- Performs additional duties as needed.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma, GCSE, or equivalent
- Previous cleaning experience
- Right to work share code essential
